XPO logistics is the absolutely worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. This is my 4th attempt trying to receive the order and still they didn’t arrive. Unfortunately for Rona I won’t be a customer anymore. I have booked many days off just for this and have been bounced back and forth between Rona and XPO logistics just trying to reschedule a delivery that they claimed was “completed” and didn’t see anything regarding my purchase on file. Please save yourself the time and shop elsewhere if you can pick up or even rent a van to pick up your product. The delivery fee is definitely not worth all this inconvenience.

I have received the worst customer service ever yesterday! I had delivery of IKEA wardrobe scheduled for yesterday (July 12th). The 2 delivery men from XPO Logistics refused to bring the boxes to my apartment door. They were rude and disrespectful and were making excuses to not do their job and leave the boxes in the entrance of the building instead of delivering them to my apartment door. They first claimed that the wardrobe doors won't fit in the elevator. However, when we told them, and it was obvious (see attached photos), that they will fit, they eventually loaded one door in the elevator and then took it out again and said \we will have to go up and down more than once.\ They took it out out of the elevator and refused to deliver the items. They kept arguing with us for more than one hour and were extremely rude. They even refused to give us their names and one of them said \my name is X\. Well, Mr. X and his co-worker refused to deliver the items and reloaded all the boxes back in their van and left! I called XPO Logistics Customer Service twice, and they said that they will call the delivery men and get back to me, bu they never did. They instead contacted IKEA North York and lied that the service elevator was not booked (what the delivery men claimed), although my building doesn't have a separate service elevator, and that the elevator didn't fit the doors. At the same time, I had arranged with a moving company and another assembly company to move the boxes inside my apartment and assemble the wardrobe for me; however, because of the unprofessional behaviour and terrible service of XPO Logistics, the wardrobe parts were not delivered and I was charged by both companies who wasted their time and couldn't do the job they came for.
RATING: NEGATIVE 10 The worst logistics company! They are not punctual with their time and they let their clients wait for many hours. They delivered my 2 orders from IKEA and I need to chase them where are their drivers. I received a message saying that they will be in my location in 30 minutes but actually they will come after 1 hour or more, and my schedule is messed up. And in 1 delivery, they came 5 minutes before the end of the delivery window that was set and it was a trouble to me to re-adjust my booking for the elevator in our condo. It was a big messed and they were not careful also when loading the items in the elevator, they just pushed inside even the items are were not fitting properly. If I can give a negative rating, I would give them -10...
On August 16, 2019, XPO Logistics delivery driver reversed their truck into the roof of my front porch. I immediately called Ikea as the goods were purchased from them and I was referred to XPO Logistics and I immediately made contact. The claim form was sent to me via email for me to complete and submit along with an invoice indicating the cost of the repair. On August 22, 2019, I submitted the damage claim and other pertinent information (including pictures) to XPO Logistics via email. I was informed that the claim process would take up to 3 weeks. It is now May 7, 2020, and I'm STILL WAITING ON XPO Logistics to approve the claim and repair my roof. I have called on several occasions and keep getting the runaround. At first, I was told the correct person didn't receive the claim and I had to resend it, another day I was told that the manager handling the claim is not in office, another time I'm told the person is on vacation for a week. I was also told that the claim was being processed by their office in the United States. On many other occasions when I called XPO Logistics, I was told that the manager was unavailable and that the call will be returned. I AM STILL WAITING ON THE TELEPHONE CALL!!! Clearly, XPO Logistics is lacking in professionalism and customer service delivery. If I could give a zero rating I would as this company is not deserving of even a one.
Yesterday the guys delivered IKEA furniture to my apartment. They were professional, polite and careful with the packages. Thanks guys! I do recommend their services.
