Ordered a Rikon bandsaw from Woodchuckers online on Thursday. They were quick to get back to me to arrange for the free assembly and delivery. Had it all set up and ready by the Saturday. Peter was super helpful and friendly.

I cannot speak highly enough about woodchuckers and their staff. As a brand new Turner they have been amazing at helping my daughter and I get started. They have save me money in buying things I don't need and guiding me to better decisions. Amazing is all I have to say.
They have products that you can't find anywhere else. Good prices. Ordered online and picked up with no contact.
Interesting place. While I only do turning occasionally, the selection of rare woods here is very good with some varieties I have never seen anywhere else. Edit: Customer service is outstanding!
This place is without a doubt one of the most pleasurable experiences you'll have shopping for unique and rare pieces of wood. Tim Mark and Peter are always willing to stop and chat with you on any topic relating to wood or not. I rarely miss a Saturday morning going there with my son to sort through the dozens of species ready to go in the wood room. It's very rare to find a retail store these days that leaves you feeling warm and fuzzy every time you leave. Please don't change a thing fellas, you have a lifelong customer.
