I am quite surprised this place is still running. Management (does not matter how many times it changes) is known to scam people. They used to promote themselves on Groupon to scam people. I am not sure if they still do it, but the facilities here have become even more sub-standard. The women's section is always closed off, there is water and leaks everywhere..I am sure they have mould everywhere. If you say anything negative about them, they will find your membership and ban you. I believe this is unethical. But at the same time, it is probably a blessing as you no longer have ties to this crooked, unsanitary gym. They should be shut down. The City of Toronto's Public Health need to visit this place.

I first came to the gym on 2006 when it was 24/7. I absolutely love it and since brought my wife. The 5 protein shakes are to die 4. Amazing. The girls at the desk are extremely friendly. The owner is cool leaves me alone when I vape off the proper most would still give me problems. The people around you working out are also very friendly and positive. Amazing price. I am so happy here.
Terrible gym. Rude staff. Dirty facilities. Management is in over their head. Stay away from this place.
It's a great, no attitude gym. Everything you need for bodybuilding. Friendly staff and guys. Check it out. Worth the long drive from dtn.
They once had personal trainers there. After buying a package of 24 lessons for me and the wife the personal trainer took off and we were left with no instructor. When asked for my money back I was told that arrangements were maid to have a new personal trainer. Months later they still had no personal trainer available. We never got any money back. They are a bunch of scammers. After reading all these reviews I had to say something. This happened over a year or 2 ago. Everything you read here is true. Old machines, everything is aged and in bad condition and repairs ( even simple ones) take forever to happen when they happen. Poor managers are lost and they don’t last long. The owner is a very rude person and cares nothing about the clients. Lockers and changing rooms are dirty and filthy. Just like most of the ones that have been there.... I HAVE NO CLUE HOW THAT PLACE STULL OPEN.
