Wow this store is huge i was surprised at its size. I didn't know it was there as it just opened its doors not long ago. Very clean and very organized. The staff are great there very friendly. And alot of the prices are very reasonable

Like others have said, it's cleaner then most locations however the customer service is so bad! One time I came and bought a microwave. I waited for 20 minutes with three children including a crying baby for them to find someone to help me carry the microwave out to my van. (I couldn't take two trips because I couldn't leave the kids in the van and my baby didn't walk yet) I was not allowed to bring the cart out. Finally someone came only to say that they were not allowed to go to anyone's vehicle. So I had to drive around to the back and pick it up there. Another time I was checking out right at closing time. I forgot my wallet in my vehicle and asked if I could run out and grab it. They said no, they are closing now. Customer service is key folks...I was very disappointed.

I like this store however like all the Value village stores, prices are out of hand on some items. They are currently selling an unmarked blue mountain pottery horse with a broken leg for 19.99. Unbelievable!!

Very clean new location. I agree with some of the other reviews the prices are a little high. For one set of candle holders (glass... not crystal) it was priced at 14. I could not justify paying that price. I have found some gems though. It’s easier to look around at this location.
