Terrible company. Booked a shuttle for two hours on New Years Eve, Driver didn't show until an hour after, didn't have my name, ended up doing one run, swore at us for telling him it was supposed to be a shuttle. Then in dealing with customer service, they told us there was nothing they could do as they couldn't confirm anything, and that the driver did show up on time, he was just on another street and we should have known, even though they admitted to providing zero info on where he would be or zero contact information. They offered no refunds or apologies. Once I posted this online, found out within the hour that there were two other people who identical references. Would never use again.
