Worst service! Don't waste your time. We have been customers for over 20 years and were shocked by the service, or lack there of, today. The owner (old man) has lost it -- he was very rude to my father and me when we went to replace a battery in my dad's watch, as we had done in prior years. Not only was he dismissive, but he completely refused service and was incredibly rude about it too. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable. He used to be much nicer and valued customers, but that's changed; I have never been disrespected in this way and will never come back to this shop. The actions of the shop keeper today have cost this shop two loyal customers. (Free advice: The son - who is usually more reasonable - needs to handle the shop and customer interactions if they want to survive in this environment. You need to value your customers; once we go away so will your shop.) Also, they are selling clocks for 55 which are sold for 15-20 elsewhere. Very odd! Look elsewhere before your shop at this store.

Just visited for battery replacement. Got another damage. Can be seen in pic from digit 12. Next day i received remarks that i threw my watch somewhere after leaving shop.
No complaints. Replaced the batteries of 3 of my watches. Handled with care and expertise. One complaint was the price, but seeing current prices for almost everything nowadays, I guess it should have been expected.
Just got a battery replaced for 13. I checked the price of the same battery on Canadian tire's website and found it just for 5. I'd change the battery at home next time probably

Very friendly man working here during the day. He was extremely helpful - fixed my watch band on the spot. He said this isn't always possible but he had the part right there. Happy customer!
Grand pop always gives amazing service to.all my watches. I bought my russian pocket watch here. Cheap batteries, quick service and they've been here for more than 20 years. They are the longest fixture here in the Eg.Sq. Good waiting area in or outside the store.
I wonder how this place even stays open. Worse service ever.
