website is pretty well made but they don't to respond to contact us, forever to update your order status. I'm still waiting on them to reach out to me. EDIT: So I got my response back today, I had to send two. There's no confirmation email on whether or not your email was sent. They ask that you give them 24-72 hours to respond back which is about 3 days but don't count on it. Not a big fan of their online service. Would not recommend even with the enticing 'rewards system'.

Staffs are friendly, store is clean and neat. Some products are pricier than other stores. Cosmetics are mostly Korean products which you can find better deal elsewhere. Lots of lovely washi tape and stickers.

I was so excited at first, but it looks like they have problems in terms of management, price point and product range... it’s way expensive for TaoBao cheep products. I m not gonna mention detail but people who are not really related with Japan are trying to make money, using the name of “Japan” selling, Korean cosmetics, Chinese stationeries. I talked with some managers but obviously they are too young and didn’t know how to manage the store. So irresponsible... I highly recommend people to stay away from this.

It is the fourth Canadian-based Asian beauty store that I have used. (I have used their Website and have never visited the physical store). Pros: - They have a very strong user-friendly Website. - I love the selection! It is probably their strongest point. (One might sometimes miss few dollars before getting the free shipping. No worries! There are so many goodies to choose from. I got a lip tint like that and I was really impressed with the product) - They offer travel-sized products with purchasses ( One need to visit their "Offer" section and APPLY the code at the checkout though. I think that it so much better than giving samples, as I find it almost impossible to know whether a product suits me only after one or two uses. They included some samples too, if you are into those.). -They restock really fast compared with other options. Neutral - Price point is average. Some products can be found a dollar or two cheaper elsewhere, but I can't call them overpriced and with all the Pros, I do not mind paying those two dollars. - Shipping time is average Cons - They used an enveloppe instead of a box for shipping. I am glad that they use less paper, but some people might find it annoying as product packaging might come in a little bent. Overall, I enjoyed my experience of shopping with them and I will definitely shop here again. Hope that it helps :).

Here, they have a wide variety of super cute products like this boba lamp! Although the products may be a little bit pricier, they're worth it because they are so adorable!

Guys please never order anything from their website! These people not only rip us off, but they’re also extremely insensitive towards their customers! They don’t even return products! If you don’t receive your parcel or if Canada post loses it, they don’t take any responsibility for it. The purito bb cream I purchased from them was extremely dark and in no way matched what they had on their website, but they’re not going to return it just because I opened it? How are we suppose to check if the items are right without opening them? In COVID people are anyways not able to try any items before purchasing so how the hell are they not taking the responsibility of returning a product? Please save your money! Their staff is extremely rude!

Their selection of K-beauty/Korean skincare is AMAZING! I placed an order online, and the shipping took less than a week (which is amazing considering Canada Post's current delays!). The skincare products are very well priced, esp. considering the ingredients compare to things you get at Sephora for 2x - 3x the price! 10/10 would recommend!

Ordered from there and the stuff is really high quality and great. Amazing if you want Japanese snacks and K-Beauty (which is basically what Sukoshi Market is built on.)
