I got a ticket yesterday and contacted sivapatham paralegal services. He told me he was going to call me back, as he was busy. I was cool with it and he called me back maybe couple hours later. He asked me what happened and i was explaining to him how i got my ticket, he rudely interrupts and says sorry can i call you back. Very unprofessional . Why call ME back? if you are busy ??? makes no sense to me of how you do time management for clients. I personally got nothing but red flags with this lawyer firm. Be careful as i honestly believe no updates or call backs will be provided to you.
