I bought a used minivan from Kenny @ Serpa Chrysler by communicating via phone and email only. Very pleasant to deal with and excellent communication from Kenny. Mitch handled the transaction process and everything went well, despite the bank being very slow to move the wire transfer. The vehicle got to my driveway safely after a 200 km journey inside a vehicle transport trailer. Appreciate their professionalism, and would do business with them again.
