My business has their system installed but we have new owners here. I called Digivisual to find out about our contract & update the emergency contact information. First, the guy didn't even say the company name when I called. When I said where I was calling from, all of a sudden he had a \very important call to take\ - even though no phone was ringing in the background - and rushed me off the phone. I called back 10 minutes later and got no answer. What legit business doesn't answer their phone during the day OR have voicemail. The call was suddenly cut off which means he denied the call. I emailed them to find out what type of sketchy operation they're running there and surprisingly got no response. I wouldn't trust these guys to install a bicycle lock, let alone a business security system!

1)Agree on one price and demands more money with some excuse like internet modem cannot be connected to DVR with cable. 2)Wiriing done exposed and not through the attic. 3) If there is a problem be ready to spend more money after many request. I had 2010 -4bulet cameras and DVR(Q-see).I went to security camera depot for upgrading my system to 4M pixels and 2T DVR.Agreed to upgrade my system without changing the lines to 70% of new price and given me the assurance that my system will be as good as new. Came to install with a DVR without networking support and demanded another 100 to exchange the DVR to a network supporting one. I agreed and installation finished. After two days 2 cameras failed and one of them completely no video. After too many requests he fixed only one camera with new line and halfway demanded another 150 to complete the work. After my assurance of coming to his place to sort out the issue, the installer did the wiring-exposed outside without running through attic as earlier wiring done and did only for one camera and without doing anything for the other cameras and left. Now I wanted upgrade and end up spoiling my existed system.
The worst place that I have come across. Installed very cheap cameras for the price of 1800.00. Pictures are flickering and half the image is green color . I am requesting many times and nothing is done for last two weeks. all (except me) of the reviews in google are the installers and owners.
Service is very good and the camera has a high quality！
