I signed up, and paid in full, for lessons pre covid and haven’t heard back from the business since May. I have been reaching out for the past month and they are not responding to emails or phone calls. I’m assuming they’ve closed their business and just taken everyone’s money. So disgusted and disappointed by this choice and lack of communication with families who were so looking forward to being a part of this experience.

We enrolled our son for the summer session and the improvement in his swimming is exponential. At first he was scared to simply jump into the water, and now he won't get out of the water when the class is finished! It was great seeing him progress every week as we were able to watch from the side. The location is great, as it was less than a five minute ride for us. All in all, very satisfied and will definitely be enrolling our two year old daughter as well for the winter session!
My daughter has been with Sea Otter swim school for almost a year now, we absolutely love it! Her confidence and swimming skills have just thrived. I have always had a positive experience when sitting on the pool deck observing the lessons and I can tell the instructors love what they do. The change rooms/showers are always clean and warm, which is perfect during those chrisp winter days. The only complaint I have is sometimes the pool can be very chilly. Over all the staff and pool environment is always friendly and professional.
My son has been enrolled for about 2 years. He always looks forward to his classes and he is comfortable with the instructors. I am very proud of what Terry has done since we first enrolled. Great channel of communication. Great pool, very clean space.
The instructions were poor. We spent with 3 consecutive sessions without any improvement. We left after harassment by another child’s parent and complained about the issue to the owner guy but he declined to take any appropriate action. He doesn’t know how to handle customers complaints at all. Stay away people!
