sold them a ford escape 2005 on 18 of may 2020 god paid for the car and they supposed to remove the cats and pay me for it. called them multiple times after that and they kept bringing excuses and told me to come the next day or they haven't removed it yet and etc.. its jan 2021 and i still did not received the money for those cats. worst yard in GTA so far very poor quality service. Reply: yes i have a receipt i am a tow truck driver and i drop it off my self.

Called to set a pickup. Phone operator was friendly and gave me a quote, and explained what I needed. He told me he would call later in the day to confirm a time for the driver to come by, and that he would call if anything changed. He calls later in the day and tells me the driver is outside the address I gave him. I ask why; when I was told he would call before a driver came, to confirm a time. I was not home but was headed back, so I asked if the driver could come back or if I could get the car picked up another day. He told me it shouldn't be a problem for the driver to come by later today at the time I gave him, and told me once again that if something changed he would call me to let me know. I never got another call that day, I was waiting either for a truck to arrive or receive a call letting me know that I would have to wait for another day, which I was alright with. I'm sure when the phone operators and the drivers happen to communicate this service is good. They were friendly and helpful. However this time they completely failed to do even simple things like call me back, instead they promised to do things they never did and ignored a customer. I had good hopes but can't deal with a company who either lies or is incompetent at simple tasks. I wouldn't push my luck again.
