I don't know about others but we had a great memorable experience. My wife delivered our first baby here. All the nurses are so kind and they were really helpful. We have seen masked superheroes only in movies. But these people are real heroes. Due to covid they have to follow some restrictions but that is for our own good and for them as well. Wearing masks all the time and providing service with smile...hats off to the nurses and doctors there.

I went to this hospital yesterday for a blood test. I didn't know the exact location of the lab where I had to give blood. I rushed to Information Desk at the Main Entrance for help. The staff told me to go to the second floor of the main hospital building (East side). I walked all the way to the elevator to go to the second floor. When I was there, I didn't see any lab there. I spoke with a staff across the elevator, she was surprised, she didn't know anything about a lab. Then I spoke with another staff at Pediatric Sec. She told me to go to the first floor in the same wing of the building. I took the elevator again and went to the lab. But this is not the lab that I was looking for. When I approached the staff at the counter, she told me this lab is located in the basement under the area where Tim Horton's etc are - very close to the Information Desk. I have the same experience when I went to my specialist doctor in this hospital in mid Jun. Some staff in the information Desk asked me to go third floor in the main building - the same location - which was total wrong. I was wondering if the individuals working in the INFORMATION DESK are volunteers or paid staff. If they are paid, then why they don't have right information.

I went to the EllesmereSHN COVID clinic today and had pathetic experience from extremely unprofessional staff there , I had my appointment at 6:30 and till 7:15 I was there explaining that I m working in which clinic and with these drs but I think they were not interested, it was total waist of time. I left that place at 7 :15 . I exactly don’t know the name of staff but for me they are extremely unprofessional and rude . Kindly hire some good staff for COVID vaccine clinic who atleast can read properly and able to differentiate first and last names of drs. Tayyaba Ahsan

Very special thanks to the doctors and team of nurses of the Palliative Care Unit on the 8th Floor---East Bldg. I'd like to mention the attention and care that the doctors gave my mother and in being in contact with me almost on a daily basis about updates on her condition. THANK YOU to the team of nurses who have been looking after all the patients in these challenging times. You are all commended for your bravery and dedication!!!

I am new here and I went to see a doctor in walk in clinic.I don’t Know like the hospital have such doctors. This is what happened with me I went to a doctor and explained what’s the problem I am facing. He listened to me , didn’t even explained why I have this problem what could be the reason. He said me will see you next week I asked him it’s not clear to me like what he wants me to do next. He replied me you are not listening to me I will not repeat my answer. I told him I have a hard time listening to him. He just gave me the paper and said come to me next week. I mean what kind of a doctor does that to a patient. If doctors don’t have time for patients why we need a Doctor? I hope management should reach out to the doctor. I don’t want what happened to me, should happen again with someone else.
