I kept coming back because I like their barbecue chicken with soup noodles. Unfortunately I ordered once and they got the order wrong. I know I said a very specific thing on the phone verbatim but she insisted I ordered raw beef with chicken which I know I would never order. We ended up with a completely different meal, and we didn’t notice it til we got home and had tipped. Now I know to always check before I leave with the food. When we called back to explain and hope for an opportunity to have the correct meal made for us, they took no responsibility for the error or offered to make it right. The broth was not packaged securely and half of it was also spilled into the bag. I know the customer isn’t always right but I felt they could have at least offered a peace offering. We ended up disagreeing animatedly over the phone and she said continued to tell me that the way I ordered it made it confusing and she had to ask me many times to clarify, although we don’t recall her repeating the order back o us when we ordered on the phone. She said she wasn’t happy that I wasn’t happy with the meal, and only suggested I don’t order over the phone next time. I’m really disappointed as I like their food, and I know the pandemic has made it hard for restaurant owners, but this was a very distasteful experience! The food is yummy but be aware if you want to get service or have something made properly, it may not be done enthusiastically if at all.

I've been going to this place for the past 10 years and I have seen a steady decline in their service and quality. The owner has become greedy for money and gives unreasonable prices for the quantities of food. These photos show a large satay beef bowl for takeout- literally the size of my hand, a 14.50 meal. I clearly ordered an extra-large on the phone, however, when I took it home, it turned out to be a large. I called her back and she said I ordered a large with attitude. I understand prices increase due to inflation and COVID, but their portions have decreased significantly and the owners are now ruder than ever. Nothing is worth the price anymore; I understand that there's a pandemic, but compared to other restaurants, they're still giving reasonable and consistent quantities of food. My family has eaten at this restaurant for so long and their bad service has broken me. I've given them countless chances to redeem themselves, even before COVID, hoping that the next takeout order would be better than the previous. I've thought about writing this review for so long but today was the last straw. Utter disappointment is what I feel currently. I am upset with what she and her restaurant have become. What an appropriate end to 2020. Merry Christmas.
I have been coming to this location for many years! Always consistent and provide speedy service. My favourite thing on the menu is the spring rolls, and peanut broth beef noodles (I forgot the exact name ). But highly recommend!!
Hands down best pho spot. Been going here for 10 years and the price & taste is phenomenal. Service is also super fast. Usually super packed but ever since the pandemic there's only a hand full of tables occupied at any given time. They have outside seating for the moment but may change come winter. They do takeout now but eating in is still preferred as it doesn't quite taste the same taking it home.
I'm sad to write this review as I've been eating at this spot for more than 20 years. The quality of service and quantity of food has been on a steady decline for the past 5 years as others have stated. The original owner was generous, welcoming, and cared for his customers. The current owner who is actually his wife, and sister in law are the complete opposite. They cheap out on portions and have an attitude problem. I asked for extra onion with my pho but was surprised to see a 3 charge for the few extra slices of onion. Their servers are some of the worst in the industry, even for Asian restaurant standards. They're rude, careless, and unsafe. Needless to say, I haven't been at visiting for the past couple of months and I probably wouldn't for a long long time.
