Several years ago my mother passed away. We were looking for a company that could provide a specific style of inscription and Onlink was recommended. Fred and his staff were very patient and respectful taking the time to show us different styles and stones. Even though the headstone had to shipped out of town, they were very accommodating and so reasonable. The headstone is beautiful, in the right colour and style, and the inscription work excellent. Recently my father passed away and Onlink is accommodating us again by travelling out of town to complete the headstone engraving. A very positive experience dealing with this company.

I can’t stress how pleasant my experience was with Onlink. Fred and his team were responsive and patient throughout the whole process. From the beginning Onlink was different than other places. After an unpleasant experience with another marker manufacturer, I called Fred and asked if I could swing by because I was in the area. He was out for lunch but said he would cut it short and head back to the shop to meet me. When I got there, not only was he there on time, but he already had some designs ready to show me based on our brief phone chat! My marker was made according to specification and delivered to the Cemetary before expected, despite a last minute change on my end. Thank you Fred and team for an extremely pleasant experience.
