Don't bother. Estimate provided. Appointment made well in advance. Nobody showed. Stayed home all day waiting. Called to follow up, callback promised. No callback received. Called again, still no callback. If you dont want my business just say so. Don't waste my time. If Zero stars was a rating thats what I'd give.
