Spoke to DAVE and Mark pure douche bags. Very Rude, bad customer service skills, very sarcastic. Makes it difficult for the customer to order something and pick up. No patience Needs coaching and or a new job, clearly shows their not happy with their job. Need to train them on handling the telephonea and dealing with customers accordingly. Listen before speaking.

I'm finding myself in a need of a suspension part. I believe that they have it in stock. However, I cannot go there despite it's relatively convenient location for me. I get it that people have off days or there is a misinterpretation by people other peoples' behavior. I've shopped there about eight times and I'm sure that on at least six times the staff were surly, distracted talking past me to there colleagues, dismissive and just generally sour resentful service. I'm not there for loving or to make friends. But, honestly? Should I have to dread going to this place. I expect decent, courteous service. I've never experienced it there. I'll be shopping for the part elsewhere even at my own inconvenience. Sorry guys, your prices are not magic and the attitude of the staff reminds me of what I'd expect at a labour camp.
