As a first-time home buyer, I did not have much understanding of mortgages. Although I was turned down by other institutional with many hidden fees, Suganthan has guaranteed my mortgage with an exceptional service and rate. Many of us do not have much expertise in adding a mortgage to our life style, but Suganthan will definitely explain the process in details.
