fantastic location - excellent layouts, no wasted space. Basic finishes are OK, but they offer many upgrade options. the location is quiet and private. short walk to TTC station, walk to shops, fitness facilities, cinema, community centre, parks, including an off leash dog park, even a ravine!

Delayed and delayed, 6 times moved my handover dates. Already crossed critical dates. My family of 4 are waiting for house for 4 years. Not sure yet how long Mattamy takes. We are living one bedroom apartment, neither we can change more bedroom apartments. So exhausted living, stressful due to not getting Mattamy house Upper Summerside.
Delay after delay! Poor communication! Blame city for delaying approval, however, city says Mattamy needs to provide documents. If you purchased a delayed home, I recommend you reach out to Mattamy and Tarion, to hold them accountable for their actions.
Endless delays. very incompetent company (Mattamy). never buy from them again.
