It has gone down hill a bit, maybe due to covid, The staff at the meat and fish counters are rather rude and impatient. It could be a little understood for impatiens on a busy day, witch it was not. However rudeness is wrong. If you wish to save money on very fresh produce poultry meats this is the store for you.

Theyre not enforcing masks or social distancing. I also saw some expired meat that they were still selling. Make sure you check the dates before you buy. Update, I came back today but I was not shopping. I was going with a friend and they were doing their shopping. Saw a guy walking around without a mask. Again no staff said anything. Out of respect I did not take a picture of the man who was walking around without one for privacy concerns. And also because I would not know how to explain why I would take a random persons picture. This place is not that clean. They rarely if ever clean and sweep and you can see it. There is always garbage on the floors or loose leaves that have been stepped on and are rotting. If it is \swept\ they put it under the food. See the pictures below. I know this place had a pest problem before and I would not be surprised if they still do. Do not be fooled by the renovation they did. It looks nice on the outside but the moment you go in its not. I do think that the prices are good. But it does not change the the following facts: - Not following covid laws - Not Clean - Selling expired meat and not even at a reduced price - Garbage everywhere - Poor customer service

I had to complete some business in the same White Shield plaza so I decided to drop into this supermarket for a look. My initial impression is that this place is not a clean market. Once I was over this fact, then I set about looking at prices and variety. Anyhow, I found some vegetables that were very competitively priced and I ended spending 11.75 my first trip here. Checkout was quick even though I didn’t get a thank you (for shopping here). Then again, somehow I didn’t expect one!

No hand sanitizer No wipes One way entrance and exit I dont think they are after costumers health and safety We even saw bunch if bread being choose by costumers with bare hands
