When you have no line up and you lock the entrance to your store 10 minutes before the store closes you probably should not have a sign saying you close at 5 pm. When you don't have job because all business moves to online shopping you might want to reflect on your customer service and how that contributes to why your physical store permanently closes it doors.

i am not usually a person who write review but i had to because i ordered their new style Micropolar Pj set online and delivery was super fast but the Pj set was color transferring and i bought red color Pj set and my cream color bedsheet got that red color on the side i sleep after that i washed it and still it is same. i am glad that i got them on sale.

Their employees don't know what they are doing. I am not sure why there are so many employees in this store when none of them knows what to do. Also, their selection of items is really bad and they don't have a variety of items. I visited this location to exchange two items. Before shopping around and wasting my time, I asked the employee to check my receipt of payment and make sure if they are eligible for an exchange. She said they are! After an hour searching around to find something, when I went up to the cash to exchange, another employee told me that they are not eligible for exchange. Since I explained to her that another employee told me they are eligible, she exchanged the items. But I really hope they improve and train their staff properly!

Service at cash is very slow and there’s only one person cashing out even though there are at least four other people working... not very efficient.

If I could give this location half of a star I would. The manager she’s a Guyanese lady with short black hair she was absolutely disgusting. My mother and I was at cash we ended up spending 170 during their sale even, and the manager she’s complaining how we’re taking too long at the registers and we’re holding up her line, when it’s her job to make sure she has a backup cashier. The lady kissed her teeth at me and rolled her eyes.... For people who are spending large amounts at your store helping with your quotas for the day she has a bad attitude. I hope this location closes down because she’s been rude to everyone for years.

I'm their loyal customer for years and not only bcs of affordable prices but for their quite large selection of products, friendly employees, despite how many garments are their this place is also very organized, clean and neat. Always friendly stuff welcoming and assisting when needed, notifying their customers about all the new events, offers or policy. Helpful when u need any assistance. Never experienced any issues or niglegency at this warehouse store and would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
