Worst shisha lounge I've ever been too. Was there specifically for the game and let the workers know thats what we came for. When just going to the washroom the worker bounced at the opportunity to ask if we were leaving so he could use our table for friends (we had only just got there and everyone still at the lounge were all there before us). The guys working there literally didn't care about having paying customers but instead about their friends coming in needing tables. No one working there was wearing masks, and people were cramped in by the register waiting for seats. Treated us as if they just wanted to get paid for the shisha and have us there for 15 mins and then leave so their friends can get tables. We actually got moved from our table mid shisha to the crowded cash counter because they wanted to give our booth away to their friends. All the while there was another booth being held by only 1 person who had been there before we were... They cramped in 15 ppl by our new table and ppl actually sat in our makeshift table cz they didn't wanna stand around waiting. We couldn't even smoke anymore and had to leave before the game even started. Realized why they wanted us to pay before even getting the shisha; so they can force an easy out. I don't even know how they were allowed to open during these covid restrictions. They had no safety precautions they followed, no masks, and omg their washroom.... the floor was all wet and it seemed like someone had used it to shave or something. There were little hairs all over the place. The floors, the sink etc. They clearly don't clean a thing. Just being there made me feel so uncomfortable and being being treated as if we were a nuisance was enough to have us leave. Place should be shut down or only labeled as a place for friends not for the public.

This lounge is located near the popular D-spot cafe and is conviniently located in the heart of Scarborough. They have several different options for hookah and the staff is very helpful. The music was really good too
An amazing lounge! Well spaced out and customer service is excellent. Beverages such as water and pop are on the house! Music is always on point!
We loved the ambience and shisha. The staff is very nice and accommodating!

Honestly one of the best hookah lounges in Toronto. Amazing hookah and They've created their own unique vibe using hand drawn portraits of celebrities and a custom array of lights. Besides they have a dessert cafe right across them in the same plaza. What better then Hookah and dessert for a night out with friends? A must visit I'd say!
