This company completely garbage don't waste your life in their garbage apartments.I had worst experience in my life about their building in 3201 Lawrence ave east. Building is almost a zoo you can find all kind insects including bed bugs and mice.Zero responsibility about management in building and upper level management...

This an old classy upscale rental condominium building which is so well maintained. In one storey, there are only 8 units, if I am not mistaken, occupying the 4 square sides of the buildings. In the middle is a common room for washer and drier area. So every storey has its own washer and dryer. It is a very quiet place. High ceilings for the unit, spacious and not congested. Has its own basement parking. Located in front of St. Rose of Lima School and accessible to stores, parks, and commute. This is very unlikely the other apartment buildings around it which are so congested and unkempt.
