Service: Balayage Highlights Price: super affordable (base colour plus highlights plus blowout) Description: Went in for balayage look. Although I had shown exactly what I wanted, at first Sophia made it very light which looked too blonde on my Indian skin tone. But Sophia and her colleague (and daughter) were more than considerate to correct it immediately and make it darker the way I wanted it. Happy with the work and will definitely visit again next time for more hair treatments :) Customer Satisfaction: The best part was their customer service. Unlike at other places, Sophia didn’t try to upsell products to me at all; neither did she pass comments on how desperately my hair needed more treatments. In fact, she was very swift with her work and kind with her words. Thank you Sophia!!

I love how clean this place is and the wait for my turn to cut was quick when I went there. The lady barber took her time with the haircut and she really made sure that every inch of my hair was up to standard. Really recommend this place and I hope to make this my place for my monthly haircuts! Very good price for a haircut this good!
I called this Salon for a quick hair cut. I told them I could be there in 10 minutes. They said yes they would take me. Arrive there 10 minutes later for them to tell me people had walked in and now I have to wait for 30 mins. Shouldn't they have been courteous enough to call me to inform me that there would now be a 30 minute wait? Not impressed.
