Good experience. Prices were reasonable compared to other quotes and their timing worked out for us. We had them do our asphalt driveway and were very pleased. They were busy, but got back to us asap with appointment updates, which I appreciated. We actually had to delay several times as we were renovating our home, and didn't want the heavy bin to ruin our new driveway. Overall, they did exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Would recommend Best Link. Thanks guys.

Terrible job! Would never recommend. The entire process was one big kerfuffle. I will not go into the petty details about timelines, etc. but I will tell you that the reviews you find on homestars are extremely misleading. So much so that we feel they must be paid for because the quality does not match up with the commentary. The driveway was \complete\ on August 10th. The following day we noticed a hole (picture attached). Was told not to drive on it for 3 days, we waited 5 just to be sure. Immediately tire marks galore. Then a rainstorm came and there were literally puddles everywhere. We tried to contact our project manager several times with response of false promises that he is waiting to hear from his head office. Finally enough was enough and we wrote a strongly worded review on homestars.com. With proof of authenticity, the review was released. We then had numerous messages and a phone call from the project manager trying to strong arm us in removing the review. We said as soon as the product was done we would however somehow it was removed and homestars will not respond as to why. My husbands truck has sunk in multiple spots where they extended the driveway. The last straw was when my husband unloaded his truck and put a bucket down on the driveway. When he went to pick it up it left a deep indent (picture attached). I contacted them and the response was \Asphalt when temperatures are up they soft\, verbatim. I do not want to tarnish the company name however we saved our money for this project, because we had every intention of listing our house for sale in September, but now we cannot do so until we save up for another company to come and fix their work. I'm speaking on behalf of the middle class to not waste your hard earned money by hiring this company.
We hire Best Link Paving to do our driveway and they did an amazing job with the installation and design, very good team to deal with and very professional. We would gladly recommend this company to anyone.
Be careful working with these people, THEY TRY TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY. They don't pay their bills so I can't see why they would treat their customers any different.
So regret to use this company!! 100% will NOT recommend!! homestarts reviews are so misleading!!!! They can excavate your driveway within 2 hours then took 2 months to do the new pavement! You have to chase them , they will not contact you!!! Rescheduled 4 times to get the damn asphalt done!! They don’t care if you have purchased the city parking permit !!! Super unprofessional, scheduled on a raining day and don’t even call you that they can’t come!!! They left a mess on the side of my driveway and the work was super bad !!!
