Not well informed representative. On the website it is mentioned that if you buy a Samsung S21 ultra 1. you will get 150 gift card plus Samsung wireless charger free 2. 70 off on purchase of earbuds 3. A insignia wireless charger free. I asked for these and the rep guy told me you can choose only one of the three offer, he also confirmed that he asked his associates. I didn't not argue though it did not make any sense. After coming back home added the phone to the cart also the bud. Boom. I was getting all the three offers online. I am going back tomorrow to get my offers.

Avoid this location - No service, very crowded. Like many other Bestbuy locations, this one is also seriously understaffed. A couple of days before Christmas it was very crowded and people stood in endless lines at the cash, at the service counter, at the returns counter and all over the store waiting for help. \Manager\ Luchi informed me that they had hired 30 additional staff for the Christmas season and that they were all on the floor, helping customers. Reality check : there were 4 staff on the floor. My experience : I knew exactly what I wanted, went in to buy one item, needed no help. Wasted 45 minutes to be told that they did not have it, although item was in the display case. Learned my lesson : no more Bestbuy, no, thank you.
Worst service ever. Staff their needs to be trained. On a online order, when you have order number and everything, they ask you why you are here. Then they cant find your products. Everyone send you in different line ups back and forth. They should work on their computer skills and online shopping skills, ESPECIALLY TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. For a prepaid curbside pick up, they make you wait 1 hour in the wrong line up. Hope someone will read the review and correct the staff
We purchased some appliances at this location and Nana was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond and answered all of our questions. Nana helped us get the measurements all right to ensure a perfect fit and she helped arrange the delivery. We are extremely grateful for her excellent service. Just 2 happy customers, Jeff and Genie.
Double check your receipt, their sales have very very poor mathematical skill; Double check your items, they might put together with some old junk trash and sell them to you. I just purchased a \brand new Xbox\ comes with an ancient old broken remote, plus missing 4 accessories.
