Great local place for braised beef noodle soup! Noodles had a nice chew to it and at the same time the perfect firmness. The beef was super tender and really easy to eat. Also had a dried noodle dish. The vermicelli was nicely cooked but this dish seemed kind of plain in terms of what was in the dish. The sandwich, which is usually made with beef, this time was actually pork and kind of a nice change in pace. Good job overall! It was a wonderful experience to eat at this restaurant... If you're looking for authentic Taiwanese/Chinese food this is the place for you. The staff is also very friendly, and if you're a foreigner(外國人）looking to practice your Mandarin(國語）the staff is very patient and helpful. Make sure to order the onion pancake and beef noodle soup!
