Excellent Excellent Service! Total Transparency! Awesome Workmanship! Lindon and his team installed a new Lennox furnace and central A/C. Lindon and his team were very professional, punctual and answered my questions with total transparency. If something couldn’t be done or installed in a certain way, Lindon would take the time to explain and show me why it couldn’t be done that way because of the way my older house is built. Great company to work with. I will call on Air Flex Heating and Cooling company from now on for any heating and cooling issues.

My 27 year old furnace died suddenly turning our house into a frosty 11 c. ice castle.I needed a reliable furnace fast but wanted assurance the installer was also reliable. Luckily I found Air Flex. Lindon spent an hour answering all my questions. Camille answered my calls at all hours. The next day Air Flex installed our new furnace and changed the air filter. We have used Air Flex for over 20 years. Our old furnace was serviced by them. When it came time to buy a new system we got quotes from a number of companies. Air Flex provided a competitive quote and we trust them. We made the right choice again. The team is courteous, skilled and professional. Highly recommended.
Used them a few times... Yes the job was well, but I find the main guy rude, and unprofessional. We also had a leak caused by bad work, it looked like someone just got lazy so I fixed it myself. But man the hassle of cleaning up a puddle covering my basement I will definitely go someplace else even if I have to pay a little more. Sounds like I'm floppy about my opinion cause there were both good and bad with these guys. Like I said I'll pay a bit more and go elsewhere.
Really don't know what to think about their workmanship. They were in the unit beside us putting in a new unit (air conditioner). Talked to them about the repair of our unit (air conditioner). Came in, had a quick look left us business card and said they would be back the next day to repair it. That next day was ONE YEAR AGO and Still Waiting. :-( :-(
