i didnt expect \go to this site it'll make our lives easier\ in the middle of a snow storm standing outside. They act like people should know, considering rules change weekly now because of covid, and also, they didnt even have the product i needed, so calm down with the entitlement. If you want proper service go to queen and woodbine location. I only went here because it was on my way to a job site. Suffice it to say, I'd rather smoke a carton a day than deal with that person at the warden location, maybe i got the one a-hole that works there during that shift, but every other 180Smoke personnel from other stores I've dealt with were good. I work for the city, i'm in public service, and i can see that your employees need training in customer service, or even just to treat people with respect. Open another store a block away with proper employees and let me know which location survives.
Mega disappointment. Place sells 12 vapes BUT NONE of the replacement parts for some like a basic tank. And I gotta be jobless to sit at home just waiting around for a delivery guy to give him my ID for proof of age.. going to another store, who surprise, has tanks for items they sell.
Very clean and virus prepared with sanitation and PPE used. Nice and friendly staff who know their products. Quick and easy purchase. It's a great place for all our Vape needs!!
