I've given Karl and the team a review before. As always, excellent service, expert knowledge, and honest work. I had to Uber from downtown to pick up my car. But I will go the distance for Scandinavian anytime. Very highly recommended.
Very professional, thorough and quick. Brought my '08 Saab 9-5 in because the engine light was on and it was losing power. Had the issue determined, fixed, and my AC refrigerate topped up in 1 day for a fair price.
If you own a Saab in Ottawa, this is the place to bring it for service. Karl knows these cars inside out and fixed a lingering problem I had with my car that no other shop was able to fix.
I'd give Scandinavian Auto 10 out of 5 stars if that was an option. Karl and his team do great work. They are the most honest, competent mechanics I've ever gone to. I've driven different cars over the years - Swedish, Italian, British, and they work on them all. It's absolutely not close to where I live or work, but I drive the distance to bring my car to this garage. Many thanks, Karl!
