Horrible service. I have a Drolet Eco 65 pret stove that has had problems since new. Difficult to get any help, unless waiting on phone for long periods of time. Staff dont respond to messages that are left. Parts shipped to wrong address and they wont do anything about it. Wont ourchase another SBI product. Funny, you answered my review faster than Alain answered my emails and phone calls.

While not dealing specifically with a stove related issue I want to commend the support staff for taking the time to respond to my questions about an older Drolet stove that I was considering buying. Their reply was immediate and very helpful. I'm even more confident now that the brand of stove that I will ultimately purchase will be a Drolet stove. Thank you Eric.
