I have been using my new Harvia Cilindro 9 KW all week after waiting all winter for my sauna to be installed and am absolutely loving it! I picked up the heater unit from Stephanie at their Mississauga location which is well stocked and organized with high quality products! Stephanie is very knowledgeable with the complete Harvia product line and answered all my questions before I finalized my purchase. This past week I called Anthony with a quick question regarding the attachment of the lower rear support plate and he solved my concern very quickly! I highly recommend doing business with Sauna Specialist!
