Went for a catered event. Drinks and service were great! Penne and meatballs were undercooked but the salad was fab. Bartender was friendly and fast.

Working with Ada is difficult. She is hard to understand, changes the terms of the contract after it is signed, and doesn't show up for meetings. We signed her to cater our wedding but after several changes made without our knowledge, additional charges for basic things (coffee cups and saucers) that weren't previously disclosed, and her failure to show up at meetings we decided to go with someone else. The food is a solid 5 out of 10, not bad but certainly as good as it was made out to be. Ada is great at decorating the plates, but its clear that she cuts costs and the quality of the food suffers. The worst part is that we canceled months in advance of our wedding because we lost faith in Primavera's ability to properly cater our wedding, and she refused to give us back our deposit. Very frustrating

Thanks for sharing with us Jay about your stressful experience with Ada at Primavera, will avoid that place for sure in the future, sad she made a stressful experience even more stressful changing things to her liking not yours and adding on more unknown fees, I always live by the golden rule treat others like you would like to be treated, I guess Ada has never practiced this in her business sadly, without customers like you Jay she would not have a business guess she doesn't think that way, and to make matters even worse she would not give you a REFUND what comes around goes around karma. Hope your wedding turned out great and it was the best decision to go elsewhere for your reception, the food is poor quality also cutting costs it all boils down to greed and control

Good Italian food for 12 buffet. Generally the bands are good here, play good music for the crowd. Find the intermission music to be too loud and too much, makes for a long night.
