Great little gallery that puts on 3 different exhibits at a time. You can see it with an hour to spare. Classwork by Carson Merriefield was outstanding.

Entrance ticket was 7, friendly staff but very small collection. They got 3 sections, one with the Group of Seven, one with a local native artist and one exhibition that was on loan from Ottawa Art Gallery. There were about 20 small paintings from the Group right at the entrance and about 10 paintings from the local native artist. The whole place would take 10 mins to finish.

Great experience, just incredibly short. Would’ve have 5 stars if it took us longer than 12 minutes to see all of the paintings. Still nice and the money you spend is for a good cause.

The best part thing about it is the free 2 hour parking. Unless you're related to one of the artists and have to go, save your money. There are perhaps a maximum of 50 paintings... I'm pretty sure it's closer to 30. That's it. Go to the Sault Ste. Marie Museum, the Bush Plane Museum, and the Ermatinger Clerge (Old Stone House) museum if you have the time. Walk on the waterfront and go to the locks. Unless you can get in for free, skip it (if you buy a multi-place pass you get the Bushplane, Sault Ste. Marie museum & Old Houses so that effectively makes the museum free).
