COCKROACHES in this building... I advise NOT to live here!!! I had so much trouble leaving my lease due to cockroaches. Be aware people. They come out at night and travel through the pipes so if one apt has them, they can easily be transferred.

I have been dealing with Ms. Shannon Jackson. Ms. Jackson has been very professional in working with myself and my daughter. Ms. Jackson worked very hard and diligently to get the apartment prepared for me. She has been very patient assisting me to navigate the system needed to successfully accomplished my renting of 208- 614 MacDonald Ave. Ms. Jackson's personality seems to be very effective in her welcoming me. I am anticipating meeting Ms. Jackson very much on June 30, 2017 .
The CLV group has been an ideal management service to deal with. Brittany Chiarello was a pleasure to deal with. She was very professional, informative and friendly in assisting me. A good representation of the company. I recommend CLV to anyone considering a place to call home. The apartments are spacious, clean, the appliances are immaculate, laundry on every floor is convenient, and the walls to other units are notably sound proof, and a short walking distance from lot to building. (I will say, I had repeated negative/rude experiences with a woman in the office, but besides that, my review still stands)
Brittany Chiarello was extremely attentive and helpful through the entire process. It was nice having someone make things easier for me in a sometimes difficult transaction. CLV group really knows how to pick their employees
Shannon Jackson is awesome! Shes always prompt to replying to emails and returning phone calls. Can't wait to move into our new home.
