Ordering process was smooth, I liked that I could add multiple baskets to my cart and send them each to a different destination with a message. One of the reps did reach out so I initially thought I could order through her as I have done with other companies, she answered my questions but didn't seem to want to do the ordering for me which was fine because the website was intuitive. We rolled the dice and went with free delivery and we were pleased that they arrived before our selected date but I do recommend placing the order as early as possible if you want the holiday themed baskets because we were not able to order the amount we wanted (we just subbed in a different basket). The gift looked good (from what we saw from our clients photos/videos) presentation was on point but my boss thought that the large holiday basket looked sparse for the price we paid. All in all we like this company and would recommend them.

We go to Saul Good Gift Co. each year for our corporate gift baskets. Their service is above and beyond and have a wide variety of baskets made of local products. This year we needed a list minute basket and they could not guarantee delivery before Christmas, but they managed to deliver the basket a few days before Christmas! Whoever you are in touch with is helpful and provide a great experience.

Customer service like this is few and far between, as well as the product itself: beautifully packaged sweet/savoury goods, custom ribbon, menu cards highlighting local chocolate artisans and ingredients, and a stellar example of CSR employing those with developmental disabilities to contribute to a great business. Saul was also prompt in following up regularly from the very start to ensure I was well-informed of how to complete order templates. Going above and beyond, Saul even made recommendations as to which gift baskets to choose (according to my location as everything is sourced locally) while staying within budget. Even after submitting my completed order template, Saul went the extra mile to run a thorough check on every single address, to guarantee our gifts would arrive in a timely manner. I was confident in my orders whereabouts throughout the entire process as I was emailed a tracking status update daily until every gift was delivered.
