This is our 2nd hot tub. We use it 3-4 times per week 12 mons of the year. This new tub uses 25% less power than our prior one! We did have some manufacturer warranty issues that World of Spas dealt with promptly and fairly even up to almost a year later! This tub has "ozone" water purification which greatly reduces maintenance time, chemical use/cost and keeps the water in great shape! Very pleased with the purchase.

Kids love it. Issues with Warrenty and advice service from Red Deer store. Owner Rochelle, she was difficult and rude at times. Other owner was great to deal with. Fixed it privately as 50% on Warrenty was more expensive then full price elsewhere.
