Bought 6 windows and sliding door . 3 of the windows had ice build up. They told me that is normal. The ice build up was on the white frame not the glass. They told me oh its a slider window. Funny cuz the cold was not coming from the slider of the window. Installation was perfect no draft there. 3 of the windows I sit 4 to 6 feet away and I can feel the draft. They came and said u need sponges in the window. Sponges!! After it got cold these sponges they put in were like ice cubes I called another company to come inspect. He said installation was great. Problem is the plastic frame was not insulated. And it is not the slider part.on the sliding windiws. The solid part of the window was so cold!! No solution offered for this. I have pics of the ice build up which they said is normal. This is not normal. Do not buy from them. I saved for years to put these new windows in only to now save again to get them fixed. Also salesman said no problem with stucco walls. They destroyed stucco around windows. They offered to repair patch it but it would never match!! So very disappointed!

Window seal west came to my home and gave a quote. Contract was done up for what sales man said was a fixed price to install an egrees window. I paid 20 precent down and then sales men came back a week later saying management would not honor the contract and that they needed more money. Very unprofessional. What started out as excellent service turned out to be completely unprofessional. Never have I had a compnay try to incress the price once a contract was signed. What was a fixed price of 2600 was then told they needed 4000. Won't be doing any of my windows.
We replaced our old windows with Window Seal West during "Free triple-pane window update".We worked with Michael and Alex who were professional and we were extremely satisfied with service they provided. Alex and Adam worked to install our windows over 2 days period. They took time to answer all our questions and communicated well through the process. The quality of their work is evident and we were extremely pleased with the finished windows. Initially we questioned whether it was necessary to replace our windows. I can now say that it was definitely worth it. It made a tremendous difference in the amount of light our home gets and also in our house temperature. Our old windows had a constant draft coming from them during winter. We no longer have any sort of draft and as a result our home is much more comfortable. They cleaned up their work areas extremely well and when they left it was as if they were never there. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company. Installers were extremely professional and we could not be happier with the service they provided.
