The front staff has always been kind and friendly, even giving me a mask one time when I forgot mine! Lol! Dr Shukla is fantastic. His no-nonsense approach to his work coupled with his God given sense of humour makes for one great doctor.

Had a consultation over the phone and Dr. Tandon gave me attitude the whole time for a medication that I’ve been taking for years. He was probably right, but there is a professional way to communicate and this was definitely not it. I was very friendly and polite and he basically told me to go somewhere else.

So here it is I don't mind coming to this clinic I have been for many many years though my issue is when a doc has a patient that's his nation or kind ..it takes way longer for the doc to get to the other patients. Example..I bought a translator to see if my rant is right and what I got out of it us there visiting ..some point there talking about home land Pakistan..then laughing then something about going this weekend to some Pakistani meeting party. now as far as things go this is far from acceptable yah I don't need to come here though it's where they know me my meetings here are usually less then 10 minutes ive been here now over 45 minutes sitting in a exam room for 35 minutes wow i say wow

Waited 1.5 hrs to see dr. Waited for 1 hr in car. Went back in. Everyone who had been there before me was gone. 3 people were called before me. Asked why and was told they had called me before. I explained and was taken in right away. Phillopian receptionist lied to me. They need to fire her and get someone else in there. She is very rude and does not do her job well.Dr was very nice. Older reception was nice. Other girl was not nice to anyone, never smiled. GET RID OF HER!

Terrible. Slow and the office staff has hardly a clue what's going on. The Filipina receptionist is rude and talks like you're wasting her time

Receptionists are questionable, but I don't go for them. All they do is type a chart. Dr Tandon is a good doctor and when I can't see my family Dr. This one is knowledgeable
