Mrs. McNally aka The Kilt Lady will great you with a smile, and make sure you leave with a smile. I can only testify on her friendliness and welcoming personality. Since I was The Kilt Lady's Mailman for 4 years. I have not gotten a kilt from her but if you check out her facebook page her work is amazing, no detail left out. If its a new kilt, or your old passed down for generations that needs a repair. I can say if I needed either of these I would trust The Kilt Lady!
