I was in here a couple weeks ago and had a great time with my 2 yr old son. The staff members were awesome and they were not inforcing masks at all. We went back today to buy costumes for our family of 4 - we were ready to spend a fair amount of money. When we came in we were stopped by a staff member saying they have a mandatory mask policy now and that we have to wear masks while in the store. I told them I'm exempt from wearing a mask and that I have 2 young kids that won't wear masks. They said my kids are exempt from wearing masks and are allowed in because they're under 5 years old. I explained again that I'm exempt from wearing a mask but they still denied me service and said we had to leave if I don't wear one. How is that logical? Small kids that are full of germs and touch everything don't have to wear masks but an adult with an exception gets discriminated. I understand the staff were just following orders but if they have an exemption for kids under 5 they should also allow people over 5 who have an exemption too. I'll be making a human rights violation complaint with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.

Bad business ethics and human rights violation for inforcing mandatory masks.
They have a mandatory mask policy here where kids under 5 are exempt. However, the staff are denying service to people over 5 who are exempt from wearing masks. Denying service for an exemption is bad business! I will not support this store!
