Easy going,didn't havr to wait for too long even with covid

Garbage is only picked up once a week ,the bins are overflowing
Today, March 31 at 2 pm I phoned the main office of the Saskatoon Housing Authority to let them know where my Dad is, he is hospitalized. The receptionist said to me "why should we care where he is". I am beyond disgusted in her manner and tone.

Very poor customer/client services....Saskatoon Housing Authority is using slogan “Housing plays a crucial role in providing stability for people to live independently and with dignity.” but their maintenance staff is playing a role which is totally against their slogan phrase. They are making residents realize that they are piece of “S”. They are so rude & disrespectful to the them. The management team should train them to provide best customer services with the smiley face.
Dealing with water drainage from them and they are next to impossible to deal with. Always blaming others for their own problems and have been trying to deal with them for a few years now and it's horrible. I would never live in a sask housing home or live near one. They are horrible and honestly shouldn't be able to rent houses.
Some of the workers who work for the SHA are super stressful to deal with. Moving is already stressful enough. The workers should try make everything as easy as possible instead of being ignorant and not understanding of certain situations. I felt ridiculed when I was spoken to just for asking questions. I do not recommend the Saskatoon Housing Authority.
