After meeting with Carol to see our home and discuss our options, she showed us many samples and talked to us about the benefits of each for the rooms we were looking to install them in. Her knowledge of the product lines was apparent as she made her recommendations and explained to us her reasons and made the decision process very easy. The estimate provided was very good compared to others we had received, and we were very comfortable with the quote as it fit well within the budget we discussed with Carol. Upon seeing the quality of the installed blinds we are even more satisfied with Saskatoon Custom Blinds. From the initial appointment right down to the installation, the entire process was made easy and very professional. We are looking forward to phase 2 of our home already. Complete waste of time. Carol came to our house to measure all of the windows and provided us with a quote. A week after, Carol "retracted" her quote stating that she would be out of town for a few weeks. The big issue here is that Carol did not even give us, the customer, a change to see if a later date would work for us. More over, we were seriously considering going with her. This is simply unprofessional and we are glad we dodged a bullet. Move onto a different company.
We were able to get a large discount through Groupon for some blinds from Saskatoon Custom Blinds. Carol came out to our condo and did all the work. We had never bought blinds before and didn't know what to expect but with Saskatoon Custom Blinds the whole process was a breeze! All we had to do was tell her our budget and what kind of look we were going for, and she pulled out samples of all the possibilities and was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each. Before the installation she gave us an additional discount on top of our Groupon (I can't remember what for!) but we were able to put blinds on all of our condo windows for a very reasonable price!! Carol works hard at what she does and knows her product well. We are young adults but she treated us with respect and was considerate of our wants/needs. We recommend Saskatoon Custom Blinds 100%!
