For current lessees: Be aware that they try to keep some of your damage deposit, claiming it is for general carpet cleaning, however this is illegal according to the Saskatchewan Residential Tenancies Act if the carpet is in good condition. The owner of this business is a borderline slumlord. Water damage to the ceiling and general issues were not fixed prior to moving in, despite them assuring me they would be dealt with. Attempts to reclaim the full damage deposit amount were met with aggression and rudeness from the owner, Bill Sayed. Avoid leasing from this company if possible.

After 2 1/2 months of email and phone messages regarding my property still no response. Went to call the president of the board room I found out was no longer president and no longer lived here. The best way to reach them I guess it’s going down to their office.

Staff are rude and condescending. They donot take the well being of their renters seriously. Under maintained properties with a below average owner who refuses too fix anything and leave it in total chaos. And when you call too complain about such things they verbally belittle you and hang up. Absolute garbage properties and owner.

Great company!! Have not one thing to complain about Bill the manager is a great owner/ landlord to the simplest and most hurting in need of a home. They will give you love and respect as long as you give the same back and mind to your own problems and business and like I said we are very appreciative for this suite. Any problems they fix immediately with the help of their own maintenance and contract team. We lived here at our Dt residence for 10 years his brother moved in last year, glad to return home to our fallen ship to bring up and show what we, God what name out of 27 lol, what 1 can do to a fallen platform that held us on top of our rock that we called home for over a billion years but didn't cherish, our home earth and its inhabitants will rise from this for the wicked and evil will fall and have fell short of grace for now and forever we have won against the antichrist Humanity will be reborn physically in spirit to join us as one to live within a divine kingdom. Earth God's Creatures our universe, Elijah and Elisha say thank you for knowing us Many will.....

We had a good experience renting an apartment from PPM. They were relatively prompt when responding to client issues, and they were reasonable by returning our entire damage deposit when we left our building on May 31, 2020

I lived in city park with this company for an year. Nice price, nice service. Never suffered heat or warm water problem. Loved the non-carpet floor and storages. Bill(i have bad memory with names, but it might be his name) was great caretaker. I had some sink, toilet, window, door problem, and they always come and fix it so quickly. I moved to other place because of my work, but I still recomend this company to all my friends.
