Curtis is hands down the best in this city for hot tubs. Knows his stuff, was awesome to deal with and was always willing to help us out. The service department was also exceptional.

We wanted a hot tub. We spent a whole day visiting different spa vendors in Saskatoon. We decided to go with Paradise Leisurescapes primarily because of the excellent customer service. They were kind, friendly and ready to answer all our questions. They sell quality products which they stand behind with a formidable warranty. They have been able to provide us with all the information we need and their store even has an in-house water testing facility which is free to use for customers. I am happy to work with a Saskatoon-based business. Today I am looking at a wonderful hot tub in my back yard. In the years to come I will work with the team at Paradise Leisurescapes to maintain my new hot tub, and honestly, I feel as though when I go in I will be visiting friends. Lorne was the salesperson we had the good fortune to work with. He is knowledgeable and friendly without ever being 'pushy'. I felt some other locations in the city were trying to push a 'hard sell' on us or feed us information which didn't match our own research and didn't explain why. None of that nonsense at Paradise. Honest answers and straight talk. Without any reservation, I can say these are the people you want to buy your hot tub (or whatever backyard/rec room accessories) from.
Don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. Awesome staff, service and three top brand name hot tubs. They have it all and are the best for sure!
Was able to get the help I needed and got a great Hot Tub. Curtis was excellent to deal with. Very excited in our new Bullfrog Spa!
Curtis, our sales person is awesome. However, I consistently get terrible customer service from their Service team. Covid might be the reason or an excuse for it. Generally, emails are not replied to and phone messages are not returned. The tub is 10 months old and has never been free and clear of all issues starting on day one. A corner was dented when it was delivered and is still not replaced. It took 4 months to get warranty on a waterfall rusting. The cover has had a warranty claim since June with no eta on the new cover. A new cover lift was ordered in July which is still not received. As long as the bar is set low, you will be happy. Update: Adam and Sabrina have made good on promises to replace the corner and went above and beyond to fix an issue with the cover lift. The cover itself has not been replaced but I do feel this is beyond their control.
Hands down, Paradise is the best! Great sales, service and staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for sure.
100% covered! They take care of everything you have for backyard! Grills, smokers, pools, hot tubs, games, all of it! Only place to stop. Go talk to Lorne about anything you need!!
Purchased a tub and were sold a starter pack of chemicals. When asked if we could trade unused/unopened product for product we actually would use, they refused because it was over 30 days! More than one place in Saskatoon to buy hot tub supplies! This IS NOT the place!!
