Crazy delicious hand pulled noodles - vinegary, bright, spicy, and garlicky. Perfectly chewy and the flavour and aroma was incredible. Also got the Chinese pancake with pork - super crispy, pancake with well spiced/seasoned pulled pork. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've been looking Shaanxi food for ages and can't wait to go back again.

Easily one of the best restaurants in Saskatoon! The food is incredibly tasty, and is certainly seemingly more authentic in flavour. Their specialities from the Shanxi province are packed with full spices. I have never had a dish here that I didn't enjoy. Definitely a must try!
Authentic, delicious, quick. Really interesting restaurant. I don’t mean that in a bad way at all. The food is awesome. Noodles are fresh, delicious, and they are an awesome treat to have. The noodle soup is filling, and perfect for a cold winter day. Fills you right up; and heats you up; like a nice warm hug. Staff are quite good as well. Provided quick, prompt service. Good, interesting spot overall!
Tried their new addition to the menu. This restaurant is one of the best in town to get some noodles. It really reminds me of Xi’an when I visited last summer. Definitely a must go for authentic Chinese noodles.

Delicious Chinese restaurant serving Shanxi regional cuisine. While the service is a bit lacking, the food is phenominal! The pulled pork pancake was amazing; so tender and juicy! The braised pork intestine soup with knife cut noodles was a great choice. They seemed intrigued and surprised that someone else would like to try offal, but I enjoy it and so this dish was a great one. The broth was so flavourful and rich, while the noodles were perfectly cooked and had a great bite to them. My wife had the chicken curry knife cut noodles (guess I didn't take a picture of them...) and wow! Packed with flavour! Will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!

Great food and service, very affordable for the amount of food you get! It’s always nice to see the noodles being made fresh by hand in the kitchen. Plus they have a noodle cutting robot, can you beat that?
