The sales individual was rude, and dismissed me immediately. When I special ordered an item it was 4 weeks, not the 'a few days' the sales kid told me. Wasn't offered setup on the instrument I had bought, let alone did he have the decency to attempt to tune it. A month later the special order comes and shocking, its wrong. Older fellow tried to make it right generously, however I was already pretty done with the place. He seemed nice though, I'd deal with him again, but not the sales staff. This is a big let down for me because not only have I sent many many friends there for their purchases, and bought guitars and even a saxophone from them. I really wish I hadn't walked in there a month ago and had just gone another day with different staff. Really ruined the whole place and experience for me. The word I would use for the sales staff would be 'apathetic'. The Manager fellow, he was really genuine and really wanted another chance. I was honestly just done, I know it was a 3 string, but after the sales kid treats you like an inconvenience when you're spending money.. I really didn't want another cent of mine going to his paycheck.

Good place to get some instruments, books or accessories. The staff is friendly, kind and caring. And they know their stuff. They’ll help you get everything and anything you might need. Only complaint is the wait times sometimes, when the person working in one section of the store is busy with someone else. It just sometimes takes a while to get the great service they provide. Great store overall.

My son, who has been saving for quite some time, purchased a new guitar. As this guitar was a special order item, we were notified when it arrived at the store and ready for pickup. Upon inspection of the guitar at the store, there was significant damage to the body and finish. The employee immediately spoke with the manager; the manager admitted that the guitar was dropped and damaged by an employee when it arrived at the store. Rather than contacting me and explaining what they did to the guitar, the manager tried to offer my son a discount of 250--on a 2,100 instrument! Thankfully my 14 year-old son was not alone in the store, as they were ready to let him leave with the damaged guitar. In conclusion, a new guitar has been ordered to replace what they damaged . . .

I ordered a guitar an amplifier, guitar cable and headphones online and was to pick it up on my days off. I told the fellow on the phone I would be there on Friday. This was the Monday before. He said yes no problem see you then. Friday came and I went to pick up my equipment. I travelled 2.5 hours to get there only to be told the only thing they had was the amp. I was a little more than annoyed right off the bat because a courtesy Phone call isn’t that hard to do. They said I could substitute items to get my things. So i picked out a different guitar and different headphones which I was happy with so proceeded to checkout, the sales person handed me the 1200 guitar and said here your new guitar, I had to ask for a box which wasn’t the right one when he finally brought it out, it was to big. Then he asks me if I want packing for it. I said yes if they had some. Finally got the guitar packed up satisfactorily. By now they had like 6 receipts with all the changes that the sales person and two managers couldn’t figure out. I asked for an email of the receipt because I wanted to make sure my 300 deposit was applied to the account then the confusion began I stood there which seemed like forever while they all tried figuring this stuff out and was getting more annoyed by the minute. Finally I said that’s ok. Went to my car grabbed the amp and accessories brought it back in the store and said I want my deposit back only at this time they say “ohh we got it” I said no I’m opting out. So a few minutes later they gave me my refund back and i left with nothing. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went from being super exited to just being annoyed and wanting to leave the place in a hurry. I’ll never give them my business or consider it even as a last resort. If I could give no stars I would. Terrible!!!
