My kids love it. Lots to do, both included and paid arcade. Kitchen is closed during Covid so they are allowing outside food and drink.

Awesome 4th Birthday Party for my daughter at KIDZ CASTLE! Beautiful, bright, and clean play place was enjoyed by all (ages 1 -35). Our private decorated party room was great, included tokens for the party guests and goodie bags! Pizza and cake served by excellent staff. From the booking, to cake arrangement, and final payment, the manager (owner?) was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend for any kids birthday party!
The kids like it. They like the arcade games as well. I don't like the ice cream freezer in the middle of the store which I've watched toddlers steal ice cream from several times. Watched one kid walk around with one swiped ice cream for 5 minutes before her mom took it away and put it back all hidden from view of the staff because of the location of the machine. During normal times I would not want that particular treat, but right now it would be better for management to make changes with door releases higher than toddlers can reach. I also watched several parents have to go pay for pops their kids helped themselves to from the pop cooler.
Awesome ! We were here for the first time today . It’s brilliant ! A mix of games and play structures , massive building blocks I played with more than my kid , a couple kiddie amusement rides and arcade games , toddler area , really well done , all encompassing indoor play Center. Ample coat and boot storage . The only thing I didn’t like was their hours of operation 11-7 , hardly enough time to play before lunch and nap and then not much time to play after , I like how other places do it better , I’d suggested either opening at 9 or 10 or staying open until 8 at least. Edit , we have been back a few times and really like the stamps instead of the wrist bands that nobody wore anyways

IT was nice and clean but the games are expensive and cheap with the tickets. But my 4 yr old has lots of fun AMD that is what Matters!
