I have been a client of Invision Eye Care Centre for many years. I am always impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of their staff that is a hallmark of this organization. This was my first visit since the start of the pandemic and the staff were taking very seriously the health of their customers and fellow employees in their safety protocols. A great team!

I was a happy customer since my wife and kids have a good experience here, my eyes checkup was done in the middle of November, ordered lens for my frame and expected delivery in 2 weeks. Three weeks later without any call from Eye "Care" Centre, I called to ask and one lady said it will be ready on the 4th week Wednesday, and no call after then, 2 weeks later, still nothing. I came in-person on the 6th week to cancel my lens order and they said it will be done by tomorrow. What a great experience! We (and my friends also) have to say good bye and move to another Eye CARE centre, something is wrong with customer service here since they dont care about the customer waiting for the lens, and who knows about the quality of everything without the best CARE for customers. Good luck to you if you want your eyes "cared" here.

I had an accident this week at my university that resulted In me getting a chemical in my eye. The team at InVision was so amazing. I called them right after Rinsing my eye and I got to talk to Dr. Dorothy Barrie who recommended I come in right away and get it looked at. They got me in instantly and took a look at my eye and prescribed me some drops. Everyone was so lovely including the receptionists both on the phone and at the clinic. Today at my recheck I found out that my eye is back to 100%, thank you so much Dr. Barrie and the InVision team for always being there for me!

Can barely afford to eat right now and in order to sell me more contacts they want to charge me 200 for an appointment first plus the contacts. My eyes have been the same since I was 13. The glasses I currently am wearing due to not having contacts are from when I was 13. I'm 31 in a few days. How can I wear glasses that are 18 years old and still see fine but they need to charge me for an appointment before I get contacts? Sounds like a scam to me.

I recently switched to this clinic based on review online so feel like I need to leave my own.... The staff are incredibly helpful, they are always able to fit me in for an appointment. I never feel like they are trying to sell me on things I don't want or need. They've gotten me in for quick checkups or frame adjustments at no charge. I've just been very pleased with my experienced there. Highly recommend! They also have some of the best selection of frames in the city with reasonable prices!
