We ordered something through Canadian Tire and Flat Rate was the third party moving company that was hired to deliver our purchase. They called to say they would deliver it on Monday. We did not hear from them day of and we called to leave a voicemail to see what was happening. No response. We waited for our package all day which never arrived. They called back the next day with NO apology and said they'd deliver it that day. They also got our names wrong when they called (referred to my spouse as Phil instead of Paul) and did not seem to care. I was very upset as it would be nice to see some effort (at least get our names right). When the movers came on the Tuesday finally, the man was rude and unprofessional. When I asked that the package be moved beside the house (which was not difficult at all) the mover was reluctant to do this. He said it will be hard but I guess he could try. It wasn't hard at all. I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Canadian Tire will be made aware of this poor service that Flat Rate Moving has provided.
